Investor Dispute
On March 24, 2023, an investor alleged that Angela Jubran failed to respond to the client’s requests for advice on how to mitigate market losses in her variable annuity and brokerage accounts, resulting in the poor performance and client’s ultimate closing of those accounts.
The client further alleged that Angela Jubran failed to fully inform her about her ability to access the funds in her fixed income annuities.
This dispute was denied by the firm. Investors should be aware, however, that firms can deny disputes without an external review. Investors may be able to recover their losses by seeking out FINRA arbitration after a denial.
