On August 2, 2022, an investor who was also the executor of another deceased client’s estate filed a dispute against Darwin Pressley and his firm, Edward Jones. The client further alleges concerns about her mother’s capacity to give transfer instructions and the validity of her brother’s power of attorney. The investor seeks $332,353.32 in damages in this pending dispute.
