In a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver & Consent (AWC) filed on November 26, 2024, Rachel Chapman consented to the entry of findings that she allegedly refused to appear for on-the-record testimony in connection with a FINRA investigation into her firing from Artist Capital.
The firm filed a Uniform Termination Notice for Securities Industry Registration (Form U5) alleging that she misused a corporate card.
FINRA determined that this alleged refusal to provide testimony constituted a violation of FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010.
