Rosemary Vrablic Facing FINRA Suspension, Allegations of Outside Real Estate Business
Rosemary Vrablic (CRD #: 4359776), a former broker registered with Deutsche Bank Securities, has been suspended by FINRA, according to her BrokerCheck record, accessed on September 21. Another disclosure on Vrablic’s record made headlines in light of the fact that she also served as Donald Trump’s banker.
On July 15, 2021, FINRA suspended Rosemary Vrablic following allegations that she failed to respond to a request for information. This suspension will continue until the required information is provided, or the suspension may convert to a bar.
On December 31, 2020, Deutsche Bank Securities permitted Rosemary Vrablic to resign. This followed allegations that she engaged in undisclosed real estate investments, including the purchase of property from a client-managed entity. She also allegedly formed an unapproved outside entity to hold the investment. FINRA requires brokers to report any business they conduct outside of their work through their member firm.
